Nieuwe regeling Aanmelden voor vakken en tentamens - New Regulation Registration for courses and exams
Voor studiejaar 2010-2011 zal binnen FALW een nieuwe regeling Aanmelden voor vakken en tentamens gaan gelden.

Voor studiejaar 2010-2011 zal binnen FALW een nieuwe regeling Aanmelden voor vakken en tentamens gaan gelden. Hiermee lopen we vooruit op de implementatie van een nieuwe studentenadministratie die voorzien is voor januari 2011 en die gepaard gaat met uniformering van regelgeving en onderwijsprocessen binnen de gehele VU. De nieuwe regeling vloeit voort uit deze uniformering binnen de VU.
Concreet betekent de nieuwe regeling dat:
- aanmelding voor vakken uiterlijk 4 weken voor de start van het vak dient te geschieden (was 6 weken)
- aanmelding voor het vak geeft toegang tot de bijbehorende blackboardpagina (ongewijzigd)
- aanmelding voor het vak wordt gekoppeld aan aanmelding voor het eventuele tentamen (was apart van elkaar)
- aanmelding voor (her)tentamens uiterlijk 2 weken voor de tentamendatum dient te geschieden (was 1 week)
- niet op tijd aangemeld voor het vak in combinatie met tentamen of het hertentamen alleen en wel deelnemen kan alleen na betaling van 25 Euro administratiekosten (gold alleen voor tentamens, en was 20 euro) bij het studiesecretariaat FALW

*New Regulation Registration for courses and exams*
For all courses and exams 2010-2011 a new regulation Registration for courses and exams will be applicable. By doing so we anticipate to the implementation of a new student administration (planned for January 2011) which will be accompagnied by uniform rules, regulations and processes within the VU University as a whole. The new regulation Registration for courses and exams is part of the new uniform set of rules and regulations.
This specifically means that:
- registration for course modules is possible till 4 weeks prior tot the start of the course (used to be 6 weeks)
- registration for course modules automatically gives access to the corresponding Blackboard site
- registration for course modules automatically means registration for the corresponding examination (used to be separate)
- registration for examinations is possible till 2 weeks prior tot the examination date (used to be 1 week)
- students who are not registered in time for the course in combination with the examination or for the re-sit, can only join the course or the exam after paying 25 Euro administration costs (used to be applicable for examinations only and was 20 Euro) at the programme secretariat FALW
