Characterisation of fungal communities in agro-ecosystems
Research interests:
My research interest is to examine microbial community structure and function in several series of agricultural fields varying in land management in order to gain insight into the normal operating range of microbial community structure and function with respect to "natural" variation.
My current research is about applying genomics and post genomics approaches to examine beneficial fungi (arbuscular mycorrhiza and decomposers) communities structures and functions in agro-ecosystems.
