Short biography:

2012- today: Dr. ir. Ellis Vyth is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Health sciences at the VU University. Ellis is working in the area of nutrition labelling and nutrient profiling.
In her free time, Ellis regularly gives lectures and trainings about science communication, nutrition and health to different target groups.


Working experience:
