Currently I am working as a PhD-candidate at the Department of Health Sciences of the VU University in Amsterdam.

The title of my research project is ‘Body fat and body fat distribution as predictors of changes in arterial wall properties in young, healthy adults; the mediating role of inflammation, adipokines, and components of the metabolic syndrome’.
